The Resilient Teacher
In the ever-evolving world of education, we understand that self-doubt, confusion, and a lack of resources can be the thorns on the path to your teaching aspirations. Did you know that over 85% of people experience self-doubt at some point in their lives, leading to missed opportunities and hindered progress? But here's the good news: a growth mindset fosters resilience, a love for learning, and a willingness to take risks, ultimately leading to greater achievements and personal development.
Dawn M. Rivers
Has helped hundreds of women use mindset techniques to create lives they love.

I was a school librarian four years ago, working on my dream in between reading books to children. I wanted to open a yoga studio and inspire women to believe in themselves, move their bodies, and connect with like-minded women. People would ask me how I seemed so happy and at ease with living. I thought about it and realized I had made three major changes in my life that transformed my Mindset. From there, I developed a framework for students, clients, and team members. This became the Path to the Awakened Woman.
Mastering your thoughts is the first step to living a happy, whole, and free life. With this new 90-minute webinar, The Resilient Teacher, I will share research studies and theories about how Mindset matters. You will be given tools to use to make changes right away. You will leave feeling informed, inspired, and intuned to your new awakened attitude!
Right now, you:
Teaching isn’t as fun as it used to be.
You have lost some of your confidence.
You don’t feel seen or supported.
You feel like you’re not giving your all to your students.
You have spent so much time and energy on this profession and second-guessing your decision.
Haven’t loved your life for a long time.
You speak ill about it and have lost some of your joy.
You’ve been looking closely at how to change your life.
Your words to yourself have been low vibrational and negative.
Go through life only existing and trying to control everything and everyone in your life, thus creating internal conflict.
Your days are unfulfilled.
You feel like a robot going from one activity to another on autopilot.
Forgot who you are and have been living a life others have expected of you.
You lost your voice.
You are a people-pleasing person.
You are a perfectionist.
Your words lack life and integrity.
Your comments have caused you heartache and pain.
Because you have been in pain and disappointed, your words towards others are hurtful and full of resentment.
You have difficulty saying no to things you don’t want to do, thus lying to yourself and others.
Have put others first and have little energy, time, and money left for yourself.
You are burned out and tired because you don’t know how to set solid boundaries and enforce them.
You have seen your mother, aunts, grandmother, or older sister sacrifice herself and her desires for the benefit of others.
You think it is selfish to want to do things differently.
You give money or pay bills to adult family members without getting any repayment.
Have low energy from not moving your body and haven’t controlled the chaos that clutters your days.
Your stress levels are high.
You have gained weight, sleep fitfully, and eat poorly.
Some foods you eat, possessions you own, and people in your life are weighing you down, causing you to feel sluggish and slow in trusting your decisions.
Because you work long hours or run from one activity to another, you haven’t had time to plan healthy meals or grocery shop for healthy options.
You shop to fill the void.
You eat candy or fast food to fill your cravings.
You drink or smoke to numb yourself.
Get more frustrated and confused when you don’t know the answers or rely on others for truths.
You make decisions poorly and without thought.
After asking several people their opinions, you wait to decide and trust them more than your own judgment.
Feel you need to learn more, take another course, or earn another degree because you don’t feel worthy, so you carry loads of skills that make you heavy and harsh.
You haven’t felt worthy of yourself and your accomplishments, so you have taken another class, workshop, training, or course.
You never stopped celebrating your accomplishments because you felt it was arrogant or bragging, so you quietly moved on to the next thing.
All these beliefs, life situations, and circumstances cost you relationships, time, and money. They hold you back from your freedom. The old ways are no longer effective. If you are just slightly open to believing something different, then…
The Resilient Teacher webinar is for You.
“The subconscious mind is reactive. It responds to the nature of your thoughts. When your conscious mind is full of fear, worry, and anxiety, the negative emotions these create in your subconscious mind are released. When this happens, you can speak affirmatively and with a deep sense of authority to the irrational emotions generated in your deeper mind.”

Meet your host
Hi, I’m Dawn M. Rivers!
I’m a former school librarian of 20 years and a yoga teacher since 2013. I have taught more than 5,000 people yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. And so far, I’ve trained 24 people to become certified yoga teachers; hundreds have been exposed to my framework at workshops, special events, and retreats.
Over the last several years, I have learned about overcoming imposter syndrome, focusing on one main offer, and crafting valuable content that connects with my community.
This webinar came from questions I’ve posed to myself and from conversations with clients. I started to go deeper in my work by researching and reading dozens of books to create a container to share the information with you in a fun, practical way. That’s from the librarian in me.
