The Business of Wellness Summit is a 4-day event to help Women of Color wellness professionals own and operate profitable businesses.

How the Event Will Work
The Business of Wellness Summit will run from June 8-11, 2023. Presentations will include 20 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, we’ll also promote the Wellness Professional Success Pack for a week after the summit is complete. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, worksheets, action guides, coworking sessions, networking opportunities, a “Pick My Brain” meeting, and group coaching calls. This will provide immense value to our attendees while doing the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
What I’ll Ask of You
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s talk about it!
1. BASIC INFORMATION
I will first need some basic information from you so I can finish our Registration and Speakers video page.
Submit speaker information here.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. PRESENTATION
Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something that awakens their business mindset while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they have really learned something, rather than in a webinar format where they feel like they are missing something they need to buy from you immediately.
Therefore, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
Slides
No slides (just your beautiful face)
A mixture of the two
Interview-style
If you’d like to go with the interview-style presentation, schedule a time with me to do that here. We’ll work together to come up with questions.
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
A quick introduction
An overview of your topic
Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
Teaching section
Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch
Presentations are due by May 19, 2023.

3. WELLNESS PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS PACK CONTRIBUTION
The Wellness Professional Success Pack will be a huge addition to our presentations. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
Templates
Workbooks
Online courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
eBooks
Note: I expect this to convert well, so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s up to you to decide whether you want to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone contributing a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales rather than 40%. Collecting hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer is also an opportunity.
We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.
Information for these resources is due on May 19. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and easy.
Attendees can start claiming the premium bonus items you have added when registration opens on May 22.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts gathering together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that greatly benefits everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on May 22.
You will want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) to get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Wellness Professional Success Pack sales (50% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

Affiliate Details
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I have set up an affiliate program for the Wellness Professional Success Pack, where you will receive a commission from all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made around July 17.
The commission structure is as follows:
40% for all speakers
50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus
The pricing structure will be as follows:
$88 from May 22 - June 7
$188 from June 8-14
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
