A Sankalpa is a special self-selected resolve for yourself. It is a sacred vow and promises you to make to support your highest truth. The quality helps you become or do something worthwhile with your life. In practical terms, a Sankalpa means a one-pointed resolve to focus both psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal. A Sankalpa is a tool meant to refine the will, focus, and harmonize mind and body.
You should come to one of my FREE workshops to learn how to create a Sankalpa and other positive affirmations to help you stay on track with awakening the light within.

Our Awakening Silent Yoga Retreat is a four-hour-long experience at the Daybreak studio.

Mindful Mondays
Mindful Mondays with Mudra, Mantra, Movement, and Mediation
This will be a 15-30 minute class on Mindful Mondays with Mudra, Mantra, Movement, and Mediation.
Same mudra and mantra for the month. Movement will be brief, asana focusing fluidity, such as bends, folds, twists, Sun Salutations. Meditation will 7-10 minutes.
Classes are held on Learn It Live.
Mondays at 8 am starting September 27, 2021 and the last class is on November 29, 2021.
